Uniflex Cables Ltd has one of the most modern plant and manufacturing facilities at its
Works at Umbergaon - (Gujarat), which is 140 Kms from Mumbai. The Company markets it cables under its brand name "UNICAB" which carries significance by itself in Domestic and International market.
The Plant is well equipped with advance manufacturing and testing facilities having the largest range of electrical and telecommunication cables.
The Company has imported the sate-of-the-art technology from Royle Systems, USA for manufacturing of XLPE/Fluoroplastic Cables. For Optical Fiber Cables the Company has imported all the major items of plant and machinery from Swiss cab, Switzerland and for JFTC cables from Nokia Maillefer, which are again the leading suppliers of these kinds of machines in the world.

XLPE/ Elastomeric Cables Division
UNIFLEX CABLES always ahead in technology has got the latest high precision CCV (Continuous Cataneray Vulcanisation) with the triple tandom extruder. Dry core process, Micro processor controlled DC drives completely synchronized and on fine Dia/ Eccentricity measurements and controls, the state of the art & technology to manufacture High Voltage Elastomeric and XLPE Cables imported from Royle System, USA. These XLPE Power cables have been widely accepted by the users due to their superior properties, easiness of handling, jointing and terminations and least maintenance during service.
Fluoro - Polymer/ PVC Cables
UNIFLEX CABLES has also installed a very high precision Micro Line Extruder from Royle System, USA to manufacture high quality Fluoro - Polymer Cables, PVC winding wires, RF Cables etc.
Optical Fiber/ Jelly Filled Cabless
UNIFLEX CABLES have further expanded and started production of high tech Telecom Cables such as Optical Fiber Cables and Jelly Filled Cables with most Modern Plant and Machinery imported from Switzerland, USA and Canada.
